Usernamecheck.com was shown to me on twitter! This is the ultimate quick “n” easy solution to a question that people often ask “Do I have my username registered with every social network and social media site that I should? The site simply works by pinging the site using the username you want to check, if it returns an available sign, then you can swoop it up. If not it will say taken, then your out of luck. The site uses Dojo as it does all the checks using Ajax. So, Happy Pinging and make sure your username is only dominated by you!
